Veg Fried Rice

This is a Indo chinese recipe.Now a days fried rice become  famous dish in the restaurents and road side hotels.This is very easy and can quick also.Require ingredients are also very less and available in all super markets.In olden days people likes rice item Pulihora but in Modern days people like fried rice or pulao  varities.This is available as one of the lunch box item for children.


Ingredients

rice 1 cup
oil 1 spoon
carrot 1
capsicum 1
beans 3
green chillies 3
green peas 4 spoons
soya sauce 1/4 spoon
vinegar 1/2 spoon
salt to taste
white pepper powder 1/2 spoon

Preparation


Soak the rice(ordinary) for 15 minutes.
Wash the basmati rice and drain the water and keep the rice aside.
Add all vegetables in salt water for 15 to 20 minutes.
After that cut all vegetables very small pieces(finely chopped).
Soak the green peas for 10 minutes.
We can  add red or yellow capsicums also.


Method


1.Take a vessel put on the stove and add 4 cups of water and boil it.
2.When water is started to boil add 1 spoon of oil and  soaked rice. Cook till 3/4 of rice cooked.
3.Then drain the water and  put the rice on the plate and spread it for avoid unsticky nature.
4.Take a thin cooking vessel or kadai and put on the flame.
5.Add oil when vessel is heated.
6.After oil is heated add carrot and fry for 2 minutes in low or medium flame.
7.Add capsicum and beans and fry for 1 minute.
8.Then after add green peas and green chilli pieces and fry for 3 minutes.
9.You can add all vegetables at once and saute for 10 to 15 minutes.
10.add soya sauce and vinegar and saute for 1 minute.
11.add boiled rice and saute.
12.finally add white pepper powder  and salt and stir well.
13.Taste the rice if salt is enough or not.If you want more salt add salt and for spicy add pepper powder.
14.Children 's favourite recipe fried rice is ready ...eat hot..enjoy.  

Keep in the mind


Add any vegetables in this recipe.But should  chopped finely pieces .
No need to fry vegetables for long time.May be 5 to 10 minutes enough.
For more spiciness you can add chilli sauce.But colour of the rice may be changed.For retain white colour add white pepper powder or green chilli pieces for spiciness.
