Dry fruit Chocolate juice

drink for all seasons


This drink is very energetic and boost the  body.Adding dry fruits can gives essential elements to the body and improves body functions also.Iam using honey instead of sugar that is gives less calories and is useful for diet plan people also.Adding chocolate icecream is for children they love to drink this energetic juice and  adding chocolate also gives good  colour to the drink.



Ingredients


Milk 200 ml
cashew nuts 4
badam 2
pista 2
walnuts 2
dates 2
raisins 2
akrut 1
honey 1 spoon
chocolate ice cream 1 scoop
chocolate 1



Preparation


Break the chocolate into small pieces.Put it in the fridge for crunchiness till adding in the juice.


Method


1.Take a blender.add all dry fruits like badam,cashew nuts,pista,akrut,dates and raisins and make a fine powder.
2.Then add milk and blend to make a juice.
3.Add honey and chocolata ice cream and mix all very well.
4.Finally add chocolate pieces and serve with chill...

adding quantity of  dry fruites is your option .which dry fruit you like more that one can add more quantity.
This is best drink for growing up children
Adding icecream can gives some more calories.For diet controlling ones avoid to add ice cream and fat milk.
Add low fat milk and honey  can gives low calories.So do not afraid about calories if you are in diet plan.
You  can add sugar instead of honey But it will get some more calories.This is better for children not other age people.
