Baby Corn Machurian recipe

baby corn manchuria recipe


This is a chinese dish .Manchurian varieties are very famous in china.These manchurian recipes are children favourite ones.Not only the children now a days every one loves this type of snack varieties.You can make this one very easy and quickly with out any cooking experience.Interesting is important to cook any recipe.This is very good snack for evening when children coming from the school .They feel surprise if you prepare this at home.




Ingredients



Baby corn 15
corn flour 1 cup
maida 2 spoons
salt to taste
ginger  garlic paste 1 spoon
soya sauce 1/2 spoon
water 1/4 cup(for batter)
oil for deep fry
ginger small piece
garlic cloves 4
onions 2
green chillies 2
capsicum 1
tomato sauce 1 spoon
green chilli sauce 1/2 spoon


Preparation


Cut the baby corn into inch size pieces. Take each piece and cut  into two pieces horizontally.
Wash onions,capsicum,ginger and green chillies.
Cut onions and green chillies into small pieces.
Cut capsicum also into very small pieces.
Wash ginger under tap water and peel it and wash once again and cut into small pieces(finely chopped).
Remove upper layer of the garlic.And cut into small pieces.
Make the ginger garlic paste.

Method


1.Take a  mixing bowl.Add corn flour,maida,salt,soya sauce and ginger garlic paste and mix all well.
2.Then add water  little by littele to make a batter.
3.Put all  baby corn pieces in the batter and apply batter on baby corn pieces.
4.Put the thin kadai on the stove and after heating the kadai add oil for deep fry.
5.After heating the oil add some(nearly 10 pieces) baby corn pieces which are cotted with batter.
6.Fry the baby corn till change the colour into light golden.Take them in a bowl.
7.Fry all baby corn pieces like this  and keep all aside.
8.Take a pan and put on the flame.
9.Add 2 spoons of oil.
10.After heating the oil add finely chopped ginger and garlic pieces and fry for 1 minute.saute in low or medium flame.
11.Then add onion and green chilli pieces and saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
12.When onion pieces change their colour then add finely chopped capsicum pieces and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
13.add salt and soya sauce .
14.If you like more spicy add chilli sauce and saute for 1 minute.
15.Then add fried baby corn pieces and mix all well.Add tomato sauce and saute for 1 minute.
16.Taste the manchuria if salt and spicy is enough or not.
17.If you like more salt and spicy then add salt and green chilli sauce.
18.Children favourite baby corn machuria like restaurant style is ready to eat ....enjoy!!!



Keep in the  mind


Cutting baby corn pieces depend upon the thickness.
 Baby corn pieces should be fried in medium or high flame.In low flame baby corn may absorb excess of oil .So fry the corn in medium flame .do not change the colour dark golden colour.This makes baby corn so crispy and not suitable for making manchuria.
All vegetables should be cut into small pieces.
Do not use high quantity of  soya sauce. 
Before buying the soya sauce or using it you should read the added ingredients in soya sauce.
Do not bye soya sauce which one is added ajanamoto(very dangerous ingredient).
Do not allow the vegetables to burn.
