How to clean vegetables

1.vegetables are giving lot of nutrients to become our health strong.
inner of the vegetable presents nutrients those are good for body and outside of the vegetable sprayed by chemicals that gives chronic diseases.
2.we should clean vegetables thoroughly before preparing any recipe.
3.first wash the vegetable under running tap water that may be removes mud on the vegetables.
4.after washing the vegetable soak in salt water(crystal salt is preferable) for 15 to 30 minutes.this may be removes pesticides,chemicals sprayed on the vegetable. 
5.former may be spray lot of chemicals  on the vegetables before coming to the market.or at the time of ripening.this chemicals may be cause of cancer and  so many  diseases. so do not forget to clean the vegetables and fruits before cooking and eating.
5.do not add edge pieces of vegetable in the curry because plants store some toxins at the edges of the vegetable to protect themselves.that toxins may be gives little bit of harmful to our health.so do not add edges of vegetable and do not eat edges of fruit.
6.cut the vegetable in medium size pieces to avoid loss of nutrients.
7.keep the lid when cooking the vegetables because some nutrients values evaporates with steam .if putting the lid can stops nutrients evaporation.
8.better to cook in low flame . 
9.we are eating leafty vegetable and green vegetable curries.but think how much nutrients and vitamins retains in that vegetable after cooking that. eating is not only important for good health how we are cooking is  also very important.
